Extensions & Alterations
This is an example of one of our local projects which also included the initial new build of the property.
Traditional, full new-build with exposed oak frame trusses & later added extension in Kingston Lisle, Oxfordshire.
Little Court was constructed using traditional materials with an open, oak-trussed roof. The house was built with the living accommodation on the first floor to take advantage of the extensive views. The garage block, with a one-bedroom flat above, was a later added addition. The client also then commissioned us to build a two-storey extension to the side of the property, to form a home office and kitchen. All the oak framing and trusses for the building were constructed on site by our in-house joiners.
The difference we make
Although we get involved in a wide range of construction projects, including new builds, we are perhaps best known for our restoration work – often on Grade I and Grade II listed buildings.
